Lake Placid Vacation House Rental 2 Bedroom, 1Bath, Sleeps 6 Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath lakefront getaway on Lake June. Located in the cove (best spot on the lake). Completely remodeled interior, cabinets , appliances, etc. Large screened patio. Basement with washer and dryer. Multi-level decks down to the lake. Dock with 2nd floor deck to enjoy coffee in the morning, margaritas and sunsets in the evening. Mooring whips for your boat. Jet ski lift. Bring your boat, jet ski, water toys and sunscreen, everything else is taken care of! Downtown Lake Placid is within walking distance (1.5 miles). It is a small town with a Mayberry feel. There are antique shops, craft shops, a hardware store, drug store, and other assorted stores. There are also several popular restaurants for breakfast and lunch. On US 27, in town, you will find Publix and Winn-Dixie supermarkets. You can find most things that you might need on a vacation here but if you can’t find what you need here in town, Sebring is just 15 minutes north.
